Picture and Description
Whilst every effort is made to ensure colours displayed are accurate, due to limitations of photography and web browsers, they may not be exactly as they appear when you receive them. We will describe the items for sale as accurately as possible.
Personalisation Details
All goods and products that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to the buyers specific requirements, are non-refundable, unless faulty, as they are not resaleable. Personalised design details on the order form must be checked by the buyer before payment.
Processing Time
For in stock cards we will make every effort to deliver your cards within 3 working days (where delivery has been selected). If you require an urgent delivery please contact us prior to ordering to ensure this is possible. All bespoke orders are handmade and therefore delivery time may vary. See individual delivery details on each product or on the order form.
Payment Options
For in stock items, payment can be made on collection, otherwise please pay using the checkout facility on the website. We request payment in full before any bespoke items are shipped or bespoke products created. Payment can be made by PayPal, which also accepts debit or credit cards without the need for a PayPal account.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns on faulty goods – contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us with a picture of the goods in the first instance. It will be for the buyer to pay for shipping the items back to us within 21 days of delivery if a return is required.
